SYNOPSIS

In the bustling world of corporate America, Lance Kojo, a young and exceptionally talented African-American Account Executive, seems to have it all with a promising career at a prestigious firm, he's on the brink of achieving the American dream. However, Lance's life takes a dramatic turn when he's passed over for a promotion he has rightfully earned and the coveted position is handed to his inexperienced White colleague, whom his boss expects him to mentor.  Fueled by a burning desire for independence and recognition, Lance embarks on a tumultuous journey to pursue his dream of starting his own business.
